Rental Fee Schedule

All rates include HST.

*Hourly rate up to 3 hours after which 4 hour or Full Day rates above apply.

• Rental fees include the use of all equipment (TV, projector, screens, cables, etc.)
• Additional fees including insurance are listed on the facilities rental agreement.
• Security fees will be charged if required.
• Seniors Groups qualify for the not-for-profit rate for the rental of Library spaces if these requirements are met:

• Participants are all 60 years of age or older (CFLA Definition of Seniors).
• Group does not generate revenue.
• Space cannot be used to create materials that will be sold.

Maximum Occupancy for Friends Multipurpose Room

Persons permitted within this space: Per Ontario Fire Code Article 2.7.1.4.

Insurance

All rentals require liability insurance in the amount of five (5) million dollars with the Corporation of the Town of Huntsville named as an additional insured. Certificate of insurance must be received 10 days prior to the rental.
